Talbot Green: outdoor space, quad on the Boston University medical campus, grassy area with trees to offer shade

Talbot Student Lounge: indoor student lounge, various rooms so each team could set up in a different room, smaller space than the outdoor green so we could probably accommodate fewer teams here

Have you considered how to promote this event?
I am a member of the student senate for Boston University's School of Public Health. We have a communication director who will post on our social media pages and share an announcement that will be emailed to the student body. Members of student senate also make announcements in their classes and ask faculty to share with their other classes as well. We will likely plan to make a donation as well, I just have to confirm with the other executive board senate members at out next meeting (end of March).

Parking Arrangements
I am finding out from the staff advisor of the Student Senate where you will be able to park, and I have inquired about any cost, I just wanted to make sure I got my request in on time! I will follow up with the email listed at the bottom of the event request page once I learn more about the parking details.
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
Boston University has a single golden retriever comfort dog that we may try to reach out to, but she typically only makes visits on Fridays, and we are planning this event for Tuesday (or Monday if needed)

None that I am aware of, but I can also follow up if I learn of any!
