Our summer program runs from July 7th-August 1st. We are a therapeutic school, and I would love to bring your organization for a day or two in July for our students.
What time is your event?
1:00pm-3:00pm is our time for electives during the summer program.
Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?
We are a therapeutic, non-profit school for children with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Our students love animals, and any animals we have during our summer program is always a highlight for the kids. It is clear the positive impact bringing pets into school has on our students' mental health, and with our limited budget, your foundation seems like a great fit! We would split the students up into small groups to spend time with the animals.

We have reserved space both indoors and outdoors

We can use a large room, the gymnasium, or our field outdoors for the event. Whatever your teams preference is!

We have many different spaces in our school that are big enough for an event like this.
What is the expected attendance?
We can keep the groups as small as you like, but there are probably 50 kids who would participate (half our school).

We will send out emails about the event, and we can advertise it on social media.
Parking Arrangements
There is a visitor parking lot in front of the building. Volunteers will not have to walk far or pay for parking.
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
No they will not.
Outline any protocols needed for volunteers to come to your facility.
We will just give the volunteers a name tag at the front desk.
