Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?
I work as the Events and Activation manager for a commercial real estate company and host events for tenants that reside in all 45 buildings we have in the New England area. I am an animal lover and strongly believe in the power that animals have to improve humans brain function, reduce stress, and anxiety, and enhance empathy. I have two dogs myself who are my world and I believe large corporations are overworking their employees and combined with the state of the world, we could use more stress relief with our furry friends. DATE is flexible, would be interested in booking 1 session per month, June, July, August, September, and October. Expected attendance is an estimate, we can cap it if needed, would be interested in more information on how many people can be in the space per pet?

Have you considered how to promote this event?
This would be a private tenant event, so we would not want sign ups posted publicly. We have a tenant engagement ap where our tenants can RSVP to events, receive email notifications, push reminders and a monthly newsletter that goes out to our tenants with a list of available events and sign ups for them specifically.

Parking Arrangements
Parking directly outside of the building (steps away) is available as well as a garage underneath the building. Depending on how many vehicles are brought on site, some might have to go in the garage instead of remaining on the street. We own both the street and the garage so parking would free on street level and validated to $0 digitally by our event coordinator. Staff who park in garage would bring their ticket to the event for validation, or take a photo to show the coordinator for validation.
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
No other vendors.
Outline any protocols needed for volunteers to come to your facility.
We require the signing of a right of entry agreement with the organization coming into the space. This outlines roles and responsibilities as well as dictate the language that you will find on the certificate of insurance. The right of entry agreement essentially says your organization will leave the space as you found it.
Additional Details/Comments/Questions
Would love to speak with someone about setting up a series at some of my properties and explain the paperwork in detail to make sure your team is willing to sign off. Also, there was not a place on here to request a time frame - is there only one standard time?
