Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?
Our event is aimed to foster mental and emotional well being. We understand that animals make significant differences in mental and emotional health.

We have a large conference room that fits 30 people seated and can also have the walls moved to open to a larger space.

Instead of a conference room, would the service dogs be able to walk through our office to say hi to employees at their desks? We can have a conference room set up for breaks, water bowls, etc. as well.

We will announce the event details at a company wide town hall! We'd love to get your Logo and QR code to include in the presentation. Reminder emails will also be sent.
Parking Arrangements
We have free parking on-site. When you enter the driveway, all spots along the left side and towards the end of the outside lot can be used.
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
No
Outline any protocols needed for volunteers to come to your facility.
Our building management requires a copy of your COI and documentation for the animals that will be on-site.
Additional Details/Comments/Questions
Regarding the photo policy, photos may be taken, however, if used on social platforms, marketing, etc., the specific employee in the photo will need to provide you with consent. We can discuss this in further detail. Visterra is located on 3 floors of the building (1st, 3rd, and 4th). It would be great if the teams could go to each floor, but I am also happy to arrange for one large conference room for employees to come to visit the animals. I'm excited to hear your thoughts!
