Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?
All of our graduate students have been requesting pet therapy events as "Questrom Wellness" activities. We also have seen them be successful events with the undergraduate population, which operates separately at our school.

This is the Graduate Student Lounge. The Lounge has some tables and chairs, but we can move furniture around if we wish to create more open space for the pets. If desired, we could alternatively go outside the building. However, there is likely to be a lot of foot traffic nearby (outside is just a wide sidewalk), so inside may be best.

I'm using this space to share that we are planning a series of pet therapy events. If you have any volunteers who would like to come to multiple dates/times, the others we are considering are: April 16, 17, 18 and 22. For these additional dates/times, the times of day for each will be 7:15-8:30PM. Same location and instructions.

Have you considered how to promote this event?
We would love to include this in our biweekly email promotions to our students - by the program staff and by the student government! We can also include in our Stall Seat Journal bathroom snapshots of events.

parking will be in the parking garage at 595 Commonwealth Ave. We will need to know the names of the volunteers in advance in order to secure the parking. Parking Arrangements
Free parking, provided we are supplied volunteer names and an email address for distribution of parking passes.

Outline any protocols needed for volunteers to come to your facility.
From parking garage, take elevator directly to 3rd floor. Stairs are also available, but they are not carpeted. Upon existing the elevators, turn right. The graduate lounge will be on the left with glass doors facing a large Atrium. Staff will see you exit the elevator and will assist.

Of these four additional date/times, April 16, 17, and 22 are of higher priority than a 2nd pet therapy on April 18 (as we are already requesting 4:45-6PM)
