Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?
For May mental health month we are hosting different talks and self-care activities for Sudbury residents. We would like to include this event for older residents in Sudbury to be held at the Senior Center as a way to have a relaxing and calming experience that promotes wellness.

We have reserved a large multi-purpose room in the Senior Center. If both cats and dogs can come, we can put up a partial divider in the middle of the room.

Have you considered how to promote this event?
We will be posting on our Social Work website, the town of Sudbury website, the Senior Center will promote in their monthly newsletter and website and in their facility. We will also get it posted to social media and to seniors who live in Sudbury Public Housing.

Parking Arrangements
There is a free parking lot right in front of the Senior Center building. Very close to the building. I would meet the volunteers right at the front of the building to bring them into the room where they would be. IF coming from Hudson Rd and taking a left or right on Fairbank Road, the Senior Center parking lot will be directly on the right. There are signs. If coming from the direction of Route 27 onto Fairbanks, will pass the Community Center parking lot on the left and then take the next left into the Senior Center parking lot. The Senior Center and Community Center are in one building but have different entrances and different parking lots. Be sure to park in the Senior Center parking lot. I can be reached by cell if any direction questions that day at 978-493-1814.

Outline any protocols needed for volunteers to come to your facility.
I will meet them outside at the Senior Center front entrance and bring them to the room where it will be held. There are no other protocols.
Additional Details/Comments/Questions
If this is accepted, we would like to request a copy of the rabis documentation. We also would request a rider for the Town of Sudbury and for the invoice to state that it is for the insurance rider.
