Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?
The Counseling Center is hosting a mental health fair and We believe, as well as research indicates the benefits of animals on mental health. We would love to have this added benefit at the event. There have been other events involving animals in the past, and it is always a hit among students.

We promote through social medial (Instagram) as well as through flyer around campus and outreach to students, staff and faculty.

Parking Arrangements
Parking is free and arrangements will be made in advance to have parking passes for all volunteers. Teams can park at the Miller Field house located off of Blue Jay Way on campus. If approaching campus at the main entrance on 1071 Blue Hill Ave, Teams will take a sharp right after entering campus and follow the road to a 4-way stop. They will proceed through straight and come to to the Miller Field House on their right which is a white building. There will be a entrance to a parking lot just past the building with a gate that a staff member will key every on though. Spots will be clearly marked as reserved for all visitors. This will be the same parking with the event both outdoors or indoors.
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
It is not clear at this time but there is a small possibility of goat yoga occurring at the same time at the event.
