I listed yes above for the COI, but we really are not sure yet. Can that be communicated at a later time, as long as it is taken care of/paid for prior to the event? I also wasn't sure how many teams would be necessary for our event, so I estimated. The break times listed above are staggered times, so not everyone would be around the dogs during each of those times (except perhaps the lunch time). However, we are anticipating roughly 500 people in attendance of this event but also realize that not everyone will want to go to do the dogs. How many teams would be recommended for a group like this?
