Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?
We are holding our annual mental health awareness/suicide prevention event on campus (Fresh Check Day). We love having dog therapy teams present at this event where college student learn about how they can take care of their mental health.

If the weather is good, we will hold the event outside on a lawn. If it rains we will hold it in our Lower Student Center. We have had dog therapy teams in both locations over the years.

Have you considered how to promote this event?
Our event will be promoted via internal news emails, screens on campus, social media, flyers around campus and by faculty in classes. Students will b e involved in running many of the booths at the event.

Parking Arrangements
Parking is free on campus. I will send the person coordinating the volunteers a map with specific guidance for finding parking spots that will be reserved for the volunteers. I will give them my cell phone number to call when they arrive on campus (781-227-4467) so I can meet them and bring them to the event location.
