Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?
This year has been extra hard for our employees. We are the leader in solar and as a climate company in general, everyone has been working long nights and even weekends to meet our company goals/bring clean energy to the forefront. I recognize the burnout and stress in the office, and as many of us are animal lovers, I believe this event will make everyone's day and help them remember to relax

We have an open lounge area with a couch and a couple of chairs, but isn't in the way of people. We are able to move the furniture so there is an open floor enough for a handful of dogs to have space for themselves.

There is semi-blocked off corner that is also a lounge area. If we were to move the furniture, there will be enough open space for the dogs.

I will be sending an email to all employees based in Boston. There is also a Microsoft Teams channel I manage to promote company events, TVs around our office promoting company events and updates, and flyers I make/print out to post around the office

Parking Arrangements
There is no parking on the premises, but there is One Lincoln Garage in Downtown Boston that volunteers can park at. This parking garage is right across the street from our office. We will be able to reimburse volunteers for their parking spot (we will need to set Pets & People up as a vendor and the parking ticket(s) to pay by check). Once volunteers check in with security and are brought up to the 2nd floor lobby, I will be there to greet them and help set up.

I am flexible on dates and times in November for the event! Also, the building requires a COI and a description of the dogs that will be at the event.
