The Community Room at BB&N's Upper School. It's a very sizable room at a quiet corner on the first floor.

Have you considered how to promote this event?
Plan to design PPT slides and send it out multiple times to students and teachers. May make posters and hang them on walls at school as the event date is approaching. Will be great to have your Logo and QR code.

The school have visitor parking right in front and aside to the school building entrance. Should be very easy and straightforward. Have confirmation from school it's not a problem.
Parking Arrangements
Our plan is to reserve the visitor parking for the team. The parking space is either right in front of the building entrance or on the left side. Very close to the entrance.
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
We prefer to work with you exclusively. But if you recommend we should also reach out to other organizations in case it's hard to recruit three teams within your organization, please let us know ASAP. Thanks so much.

It's a nuts free school. Other than that, I can't think of any other protocols.
Additional Details/Comments/Questions
We will have students lead the event, but parents volunteers will be available to support students and school to work with you for a successful event.
