Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?
The event is called Hope Blooms and is held during Mental Health Awareness Month. All community members are welcome. We are coming together to remember those lost to suicide, provide resources, and have some fun too. It's a heavy topic, so we would love to have some furry friends on site to support our attendees.

yes
Event space indoors or outdoors?
Yes Outdoor
Please provide a description the reserved location of event.
The event will take place behind the United Way of Tri-County building in the parking lot, which will used only for this event. We plan to have a tent in case of inclement or very warm weather. We can designate an area under the tent for the animals if that is desired.
Please describe Alternate Location if any
Although we'll have access to the building, we hope the weather will cooperate and/or the tent will keep us dry/cool

Have you considered how to promote this event?
We have a flyer created with your logo on it. This event had been planned for last fall but had to be rescheduled due to weather. All coalition members and Call2Talk will be promoting this event enthusiastically!
Link or Map of your Campus
We will have designated spots on the side of the building for pets and their owners to park. The event space is located feet away. I have a photo of the spaces that I can share.
Parking Arrangements
Parking is free. There are spots on the side of the building that will be designated for Pets & People. Parking directors will be aware that your teams are coming and will know where to send them to park. The spots are located right next to the event site.<IMG_1985.jpeg> If the photo came through, there's an arrow indicating where to park.
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
No
Outline any protocols needed for volunteers to come to your facility.
Volunteers should tell those who are directing traffic that they are with Pets & People and ask to be directed to the designated parking spots on the side of the building.
Additional Details/Comments/Questions
The event is 3 hours long. Teams may want to stagger their timing so there's always a team present. Whatever works to keep everyone comfortable is great.
