We have reserved space both indoors and outdoors

We are a full inclusion school. We have tons of classroom inside and we also have outside space.

In addition to classroom and outside spaces, we have a cafeteria/gym.
What is the expected attendance?
Our school has just less then 100 students. Ideally, all students would have a chance to visit but if it's too much, we are flexible and can just do the middle school which is about 25 students.

Have you considered how to promote this event?
If this date is available, we were planning on integrating the event into our school day so the students have the opportunity to visit with dogs and cats at the end of the school year.

Parking Arrangements
There is free parking on Beechcroft Street which is the front entrance. There is also parking on Oakland Street (back entrance).
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
No
Outline any protocols needed for volunteers to come to your facility.
None except that staff will need to be present to supervise students. Also, students with allergies will need to be cleared by the nurse. Additionally, permission slips will likely be signed by parents for students to participate. However, there are no protocols for the teams that I am aware of.
