About the Event
Regis College and Pets & People have a long history of working together!
1. Location Description: Outdoors on lawn next to Maria Hall (#4 on Campus Map) and the library (otherwise known as the Learning Commons) Alternate location: In case of rain, event will be held in our Lower Student Center #3 on campus map.
2. Other pet organizations attending: No. Dogs Only
3. Parking arrangements: Volunteers will park for free in front of College Hall on campus in reserved spaces. Regis' event coodinator will give volunteers her cell number so they can call when they arrive. She will meet them and walk them to the event location.
4. COVID Protocol : Outdoor Event.
Pets & People Event notes:
- Remember your ID badge and your dog in the vest/bandana with Pets & People logo.
- Always have a face mask with you at any event. While protocols will be changing, it is important that all participants at Events feel comfortable and safe. Mask guidelines for each event are listed on Event Details.
- Be sure pet is clean, coat and teeth brushed and nails clipped.
- Please remember our protocols state no pet interaction. If teams interact with any other pets always watch each dog's reactions and be proactive.
- Do not post pictures of any individuals you visit as a Pets & People volunteer team on your personal social media pages.
