5/17/2022 Waltham High School, Waltham, MA

The event is from 12:30-1:30.  Students will come to library at 12:40 so we want to be settled in.  School lets out at 2:00.  we can stay up til 2 but might be stuck behind buses if we do not leave by 1:35 or so.  

1. Location Description: Library in the High School is right up the hill and is a big brick building. You can park anywhere in the parking lot and enter right through the front double doors.

2. Other pet organizations attending: NO

3. Parking arrangements: There is a very big parking lot right out front outside of the school.

5. Pets & People Event notes:

• Remember your ID badge and your dog in the vest with Pets & People patch. Cats are exempt from wearing a vest.
• Always have a face mask with you at any event.  While protocols will be changing, it is important that all participants at Events feel comfortable and safe.  Mask guidelines for each event are listed on Event Details.
• Be sure pet is clean, coat and teeth brushed and nails clipped and always pick up after dog.  Have bags on hand!
• Please remember our protocols state no pet interaction.  If teams interact with any other pets always watch each dog's reactions and be proactive.
• Do not post pictures of any individuals you visit as a Pets & People volunteer team on your personal social media pages.
