1. Location Description: We have a great outdoor spot with picnic tables and benches in front of the freshman dorms.  IN case of inclement weather, we can move inside to the FITREC Center where we have held the event in the past. FITREC first floor, 915 Comm Ave, BU, Boston, MA.  (it is very close to the outdoor venue) BU Campus Map

3. Parking arangements: We will provide free parking for the humans at the parking garage on Babcock Street.  

4. COVID Protocol :    BU is 100% fully boosted community and has been since Feb. 4, 2022.  Students are tested weekly and wear masks in classrooms.  Guests are allowed. Updated COVID policy for BU

5. Pets & People Event notes:

• Remember your ID badge and your dog in the vest with Pets & People patch. Cats are exempt from wearing a vest.
• Always have a face mask with you at any event.  While protocols will be changing, it is important that all participants at Events feel comfortable and safe.  Mask guidelines for each event are listed on Event Details.
• Be sure pet is clean, coat and teeth brushed and nails clipped.
• Please remember our protocols state no pet interaction.  If teams interact with any other pets always watch each dog's reactions and be proactive.
• Do not post pictures of any individuals you visit as a Pets & People volunteer team on your personal social media pages.
