About the Event
The teen librarian has worked with Pets & People both in Tewksbury and at Georgetown Peabody Library for many years. Â Have not used recently because of COVID-19.
1. Location Description: Â Meeting room. Â If you walk into the building, it's down the hall to the right.
2. Other pet organizations attending: Our local reading service goldens may be there if available.
3. Parking arangements: There's a lot in front of the building.
4. Â COVID Policy: We are not using a COVID policy. Â We are recommending masks indoors but not requiring it. Â Staff are not currently required to wear masks, but this may change. Tewksbury Public Library
5. Pets & People Event notes:
- Remember your ID badge and your dog in the vest with Pets & People patch. Cats are exempt from wearing a vest.
- Always have a face mask with you at any event. Â While protocols will be changing, it is important that all participants at Events feel comfortable and safe. Â Mask guidelines for each event are listed on Event Details.
- Be sure pet is clean, coat and teeth brushed and nails clipped.
- Please remember our protocols state no pet interaction. Â If teams interact with any other pets always watch each dog's reactions and be proactive.
- Do not post pictures of any individuals you visit as a Pets & People volunteer team on your personal social media pages.
