Repeat visit request!  Broad Institute is generously providing the volunteers lunch and making a donation to the organization!!

1. Location Description:  The event will be either indoor or outdoor, weather permitting. There is park area nearby that is publicly accessible; otherwise there is an indoor space for the event. Broad Institute will provide Pets and People a 6’ rectangular table, dog bowls with water and chairs for each handler

2. Other pet organizations attending: No.  They are looking for 3 to 4 Dog teams and a cat team!!!

3. Parking arrangements: Parking will be reimbursed at the Yellow or Green Garage and directions will be provided closer to the date.

4. Current COVID Protocols :  COVID Testing is now optional at the Broad Institute. https://www.broadinstitute.org/covid-19-testing

 Pets & People Event notes:

• Remember your ID badge and your dog in the vest or bandana with Pets & People patch. Cats are exempt from wearing a vest.
• Always have a face mask with you at any event.  While protocols will be changing, it is important that all participants at Events feel comfortable and safe.  Mask guidelines for each event are listed on Event Details.
• Be sure pet is clean, coat and teeth brushed and nails clipped.
• Please remember our protocols state no pet interaction.  If teams interact with any other pets always watch each dog's reactions and be proactive.
• Do not post pictures of any individuals you visit as a Pets & People volunteer team on your personal social media pages.
