For May mental health month we are hosting different talks and self-care activities for Sudbury residents. We would like to include this event for older residents in Sudbury to be held at the Senior Center as a way to have a relaxing and calming experience that promotes wellness. Cats and Dogs!

About the Event
The Sudbury Social Work office is hosting a number of events for May Mental Health Awareness Month. Would love to have the animals come to the Senior Center so residents can interact and experience the benefits of lowering stress with animals. We held this event last year and it was so wonderful and residents were so appreciative with the dog interactions as well as with the owners who were very informative and wonderful to speak with.
1. Location Description: We have reserved a large multi-purpose room in the Senior Center. If both cats and dogs can come, we can put up a partial divider in the middle of the room.
2. Other pet organizations attending: No, dogs and cats please!
