1. Location Description: The event will be held indoors at 104 Brickley Center, Quincy. Campus Map for Eastern Nazarene College

3. Parking arrangements: There is street parking as well as parking available on campus.

4. COVID Protocol :  "As part of our effort to protect the community, our COVID-19 response has been developed into a new framework of risk levels or stages, progressing from “Caution” to “Campus Closure”. Community, regional, and federal health trends, recommendations, and requirements will guide a periodic review of our response stage by ENC’s Emergency Response Team. During the academic year, the need to shift stages may occur to ensure the health and safety of our community. Risk level GREEN on 12/7/2022. No Restrictions: Masks Optional, Procedures for Testing, Isolation, Quarantine, and Contact Tracing Continue." Link to ENC current COVID response stage

Pets & People Event notes:

  • Remember your ID badge and your dog in the vest with Pets & People patch. Cats are exempt from wearing a vest.
  • Always have a face mask with you at any event.  While protocols will be changing, it is important that all participants at Events feel comfortable and safe.  Mask guidelines for each event are listed on Event Details.
  • Be sure pet is clean, coat and teeth brushed and nails clipped.
  • Please remember our protocols state no pet interaction.  If teams interact with any other pets always watch each dog's reactions and be proactive.
  • Do not post pictures of any individuals you visit as a Pets & People volunteer team on your personal social media pages.
