Student center "living room" it is the space we have hosted in before. there is soft seating like couches, and space where teams can spread out. Adjacent patio for additional space if the weather is nice.

Parking Arrangements
There are a few parking lots adjacent to the building and we will work with university police for clearance for parking and the potential to reserve one or two spaces if possible.
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
It is possible that our embedded comfort dog Blue would make an appearance. Blue is handled by one of our university police officers. He completed his training through Hero Pups.
Outline any protocols needed for volunteers to come to your facility.
We currently do not have any restrictions for COVID but can attest that 97% of our population is vaccinated. Masks are available and encouraged for anyone with upper respiratory symptoms. If your teams prefer, we can require all students to wear a mask in order to interact with the volunteers and we can also have student employees or staff monitor crowds so that only one or two students are engaging at a time.
