1/31 Candy update:· AIM is requesting an employee destress event for Wednesday April 30, 2025 10:30-11:30am.
· Parking is free and in the parking lot adjacent to the office.
· 2 teams are requested
· 15-20 employees are likely to participate.
· Event will be outside on a deck. A canopy will be used if needed.
· P&P will provide a few slides that can be used for initial PR for the event
· AIM will provide dog bowls with water for the dog(s) and chair(s) for the handler(s)
· AIM will provide a site map marking where teams can park and where the event will be held
· Dogs only
· AIM has kindly agreed to make a donation to P&P

They found their most well attended event was when we had 2 teams so I told them we would try to recruit that.

Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?

As part of our Wellness Program we think this is a great thing to offer our employees to take a mid-day break and sit with a calm and happy dog!. it was very popular last time we offered this. The employees love spending time with the dogs.

We have a larger porch area that it was held at before and can have a canopy for shade.

We have free parking right outside our Buildng and porch area.

Parking Arrangements

You may park up front in front of the AIM Building, and then to walk to the porch on side of building is very close about a minute or 2 away.

Will other Pet Organizations be present?

No.

We ask that the dogs remain outdoors.

We can provide a water bowl, and if there are specific snacks or treats we would be happy to provide them.
