Alumnae Lounge is a medium sized room with hardwood floors and lots of open floor space. In the building it's in, it's near a exit towards the front of the building, and the entrance at the back of the building is near a parking lot

Parking Arrangements

There's a set of tennis courts here and beneath those are the parking lot volunteers should park in. There will be a form for parking that will need to be filled out before arriving at campus, but as long as that is completed, parking will be free.
Across the street from the parking is an entrance to Aidekman Arts Center. From that entrance, volunteers should walk straight and take the first and only left, walk almost all the way down that hallway, stopping before the doors that lead out the front of the building. The closest door on the left to the exit is where the event will be held.

I or one of my coworkers will be at the back entrance to Aidekman to help guide volunteers.
