Parking Arrangements
There is a large parking lot directly in front of Hogan. No cost to park.
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
Campus Police typically bring "Officer Gracie" to the event and walk around. We have a separate area for the therapy dogs so they can choose to say hello or not, based on preference.
Outline any protocols needed for volunteers to come to your facility.
Outside and open space. MA has lifted the state of emergency. Students are encouraged to be vaccinated. Happy to discuss your prefer
Additional Details/Comments/Questions
I am happy to provide additional details and apologize if I did not put the information in the correct space. Last year we worked with two of your teams and the students loved them. We set up the therapy dogs in a fenced in area on grass with chairs for the volunteers, shade, and water. Last year we had it under a tree, but we are debating moving it away from the tree as it would allow the dogs to be in a quieter area. I am happy to discuss options with you. I am looking forward to speaking with you again! Once we talk I can provide more details on maps, parking, etc.
