Why do you wish for Pet Therapy at your Event?
Our Memory Café is all about creating a fun and welcoming space where people living with memory loss and their care partners can connect and enjoy meaningful moments together. It’s a place for joy, connection, and a little break from the everyday challenges.
Having therapy animals visit would be such a special treat! Animals have this incredible way of spreading kindness and calm, and their empathy and joy are absolutely contagious. They bring out smiles, spark conversations, and even stir up happy memories for so many people.
We think the Pets and People Foundation would add something truly special to our Memory Café, helping everyone feel a little more connected, uplifted, and at ease.

Please provide a description the reserved location of event.
It's in our "Center Meeting Room" inside the Groveland Town Hall It's essentially a large square meeting space, basically empty except for the chairs and tables that we put out as needed. There are a few IT items that stay in the room, against the wall. The flooring is carpeted.

If needed and the weather cooperates, we could be on the Town Hall lawn.

Our monthly Memory Cafe meets on the third Monday of each month. We promote with our newsletter, facebook and flyers.

Parking Arrangements
Parking and Meeting Details for Volunteers
Location: Groveland Town Hall, 183 Main Street, Groveland, MA.
Parking: The parking lot is directly in front of the Town Hall, with plenty of space available.
Entering the Building: From the parking lot, you’ll see the main entrance—it’s the only door on that side and easy to spot.
Meeting Spot: Once inside, the Center Meeting Room is slightly to your left. There will be signage to guide you, but don’t worry—it’s the only Center Meeting Room!
The walking distance from the parking lot to the meeting room is minimal and easily accessible - ramp is to the side the stairs.
Will other Pet Organizations be present?
No other pets or animals will be present.

I didn't know how to answer the min/max number of teams to request. I would defer that to you and your recommendation on the number of attendees we plan to have (Between 8-14).
