Have you considered how to promote this event?

We would love a QR code/logo. The event is being promoted internally to our team via email and Microsoft Teams posts; it would also be nice to have a poster with a logo and QR code visible during the actual event, where they can scan to donate if they choose to do so

Parking Arrangements

Parking is free right outside main entrance of the building - the "Town Square" space where the event will be held is right near this main entrance by the elevators when you walk in

Additional Details/Comments/Questions

We do have some inquiries about how to minimize cross-contamination for those with allergies. Anyone with an allergy would opt out of this activity, but we want to figure out the best ways to minimize the transfer of those allergens/dander to the shared spaces after the activity.
